ChocoRich Chocolate Cookie

INGREDIENTS
400g – ChocoRICH All Purpose Chocolate
400g – Self raising flour
250g – Butter
250g – Sugar
2 – Egg Yolk
2 tbsps – Vanilla Essence
1 tbsp – Baking soda
1/4 – Salt
200g – Chocolate Chips
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 190ºC.
- Mix sugars, butter, vanilla and egg in large bowl. Stir in ChocoRICH All Purpose Chocolate powder, flour, baking soda and salt (dough will be stiff). Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto un-greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes (centers will be soft). Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack.
