A:
30g – Onion, sliced
2 cloves – Garlic, chopped
B:
100g – Breast meat, finely slice
10 tbsps – Grill Brown Marinade Sauce (marinade chicken with Grill brown for at least 1 hour)
C:
100g – Each green, red and yellow capsicum, sliced into 3cm (optional: long bean, broccoli or etc)
3 tbsps – Seafood stock
Garnish:
20g – cashew nut, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil and saute Ingredient A till aromatic.
- Add in Ingredient B and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add in ingredient C, mix well and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with ground nuts and serve hot.
