1 slice (250g) – Lamb shoulder
2 tbsp (30g) – Black Pepper Marinade Sauce, to marinade
1 tbsp (15g) – Black Pepper Marinade Sauce, to glaze
DIRECTIONS
- Marinate lamb shoulder with Black Pepper Marinade Sauce for at least 2 hours (the longer the better) in the refrigerator.
- Pre-heat oven at 180°C for 10 minute.
- Lightly oil the grill grate before placing lamb on grill. Turn and glaze lamb frequently.
- Cook for 12 – 15 minutes to desired doneness and lamb slightly charred.
- Served with salad and wedges.
