Savoury Glazed Vegetables

INGREDIENTS

4 tbsp (60 mL) – Grill Brown Sauce
2 cups (500 mL) – Fresh cut-up vegetables of your choice
1 ¾ cups (425 mL) – Water
Black pepper for garnish

DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine water with 4 tbsp (60 mL) Grill Brown Sauce to make broth
  2. Heat broth to a boil in small saucepan.
  3. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup (60 mL) broth for glaze.
  4. Cook and thicken reserved broth, stirring often and adding your favorite flavor accents. Toss glaze with cooked vegetables.
