200g – Boneless chicken breast, strips
1 – Green capsicum, cut into wedges
1 – Yellow onion, cut into wedges
½ cup (75g) – Roasted whole cashew nuts
2 tbsp (30g) – Blackpepper Marinade Sauce
2 tbsp – Cooking oil
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat wok over medium-high heat. Add in cooking oil once wok heat up.
- Sauté onion and capsicum until tender.
- Add in chicken and Blackpepper Marinade Sauce. Stir constantly till it coat evenly.
- Add in cashew nut and cook, stirring occasionally till chicken is thoroughly cooked.
