Stir-Fry Cashew Chicken

INGREDIENTS

200g – Boneless chicken breast, strips
1 – Green capsicum, cut into wedges
1 – Yellow onion, cut into wedges
½ cup (75g) – Roasted whole cashew nuts
2 tbsp (30g) – Blackpepper Marinade Sauce
2 tbsp – Cooking oil

DIRECTIONS
  1. Pre-heat wok over medium-high heat. Add in cooking oil once wok heat up.
  2. Sauté onion and capsicum until tender.
  3. Add in chicken and Blackpepper Marinade Sauce. Stir constantly till it coat evenly.
  4. Add in cashew nut and cook, stirring occasionally till chicken is thoroughly cooked.
